NVIDIA has just released new graphics drivers that add ambient occlusion which is improved shadow effects for Diablo 3. It changes the look of the Diablo environment by adding in Ambient Occlusion shadowing basically.
You can download their new NVIDIA GeForce 295.73 WHQL drivers to see for yourself whether it made a big difference to Diablo 3 or not, you decide. But even if that isn’t the case, the drivers have other optimizations that come with it which you can read from the changelog here.

Personally, i would encourage that you install these new Geforce drivers, if your using a Nvidia graphics card. Just a reminder, when you delete the graphics drivers, don’t forget to clean the left overs using some software tools like driver cleaner, before trying to reinstall with the new drivers. This is so you can prevent bugs from occurring every time you update your graphics drivers to a newer version.
